Job Summary

Responsible to provide prospecting leads for our products within a defined territory (Louisiana and Mississippi). This is a hunting position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

• Identify and generate sales leads.
\n
• Generate new revenue by identifying, engaging, and winning over prospective customers through strategic outbound sales efforts.
\n
• Meets or exceeds sales metrics and key performance indicators.
\n
• Partner with team members to drive territory performance and deliver on collective revenue goals.
\n
• Maintain constant communication with manager and report all developments as they occur; i.e., customers, competition and market changes.
\n
• Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals.
\n
• Gain and maintain expert-level product knowledge through internal/external training to effectively engage customers and accelerate sales growth.
\n
• Includes company led training such as NSM, Internal Sales Meetings.
\n
• Attends regional sales events and demo days.
\n
• Embody and deliver the “Exceptional Everyday”
\n

Qualifications

Education

☒ Bachelor’s degree preferred

☒ Education and experience combination:

☒ Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience

Experience

\n
• 1 to 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside or field based sales environment.
\n
• Demonstrated success prospecting and generating new business.
\n
• Experience managing a territory and conducting face to face customer meetings strongly preferred.
\n
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
\n
• Competitive, driven, coachable, and motivated to build a career in medical device sales.
\n

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
\n
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and organized.
\n
• Proven customer development skills.
\n
• Demonstrated sales accomplishments.

• Experience developing relationships with customers.
