PACKAGING ASSOCIATE

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading company in the snack and treats industry to hire Packaging Machine Operators ! If you have manufacturing experience, enjoy hands-on work, and want to join a fast-paced production team, this could be the opportunity for you!

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $16.50 per hour Day Shift
• Starting pa of $17.50 per hour Night Shift
• A 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, working just 3–4 days per week

• Weekly pay with direct deposit

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 2-2-3 Schedule: Work 3–4 days per week!

Enjoy a rotating schedule that gives you regular days off while being part of a production team.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines.

• Check product weights, seals, printed codes, and package appearance.

• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.

• Clear machine jams and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

• Operate conveyors, weighers, printers, metal detectors, and other packaging equipment.

• Complete production, quality, sanitation, and safety paperwork.

• Keep your work area clean and follow food safety and quality standards.

• Report equipment or product concerns promptly.

• Work with production, quality, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Willingness to complete a pre-employment assessment, background check, and drug screen.

• A dependable, safety-minded attitude and willingness to learn.
