The role
You'll lead a team of 6 engineers working directly alongside traders, with plans to grow it to 8+. You'll set architecture and engineering standards and drive the build-out of high-performance, low-latency trading systems. You'll stay close to the code, but your main job is to shape how the group designs, ships and scales its technology.
