Summary: Must possess or be able to develop subject matter expertise of STULZ Precision Cooling and Ultrasonic Humidification products. The technician must possess a strong aptitude to master new product technologies, electrical schematics, and product/controls integration. Must reliably provide Factory Authorized Services, including: Start-up, Basic Product training, Commissioning Assistance, Preventive Maintenance, Diagnostic, Break/fix, and BMS interface. Must possess and consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent time management, customer service, computer, verbal, and writing skills. The technician must accurately report all quality assurance, installation, and application deficiencies affecting warranty or unit performance. This position requires travel to remote sites when assigned.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma and 1-2 years of trade school education in HVAC/R and related areas. Or 7 years of related experience in the HVAC/R industry. Or Journeyman/Master HVAC trade license

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
