Early Morning Stocker

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Early Morning Stocker to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and stocking products efficiently to ensure shelves are fully stocked and available for customers. This position plays an important role in supporting the success of our store operations by maintaining product availability, organization, and a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize incoming deliveries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stock products on shelves while following company merchandising standards.
• Ensure shelves are properly filled, organized, and ready for customers.
• Rotate products and maintain proper product placement throughout the department.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Safely handle cases, boxes, and inventory during the stocking process.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a steady pace during early morning operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in grocery, retail, stocking, warehouse, or inventory-related roles preferred.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support daily store operations.
• Must be available to work early morning shifts beginning at 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment, including refrigerated areas.
